Before I go forward, I thought I’d catch you up over the last two months of my journey thus far. I want to say a huge thank you to Cary and all the woman at the Williamson Breast Health Center for everything they did to get my initial testings done so quickly!!! Though it threw me into a new world of “cancer” I’m so thankful to these people for getting things done so fast and also with so much care and understanding. So I have breast cancer. That meant doctors appointments and lots of them! For me, one who doesn’t go to doctors ever this was all new. In 23 days I spent 16 of those at a doctors office. Thank You!
Just wanted to say thank you for the many prayers and positive thoughts sent my way yesterday after I posted on Facebook about my cancer diagnosis. I will be sharing my "Journey To Healing" blog about my illness and treatment. There is so much to know about breast cancer. I wish I would have known more instead of needing to have a crash course when I found out my diagnosis. I greatly appreciate all prayers you can send my way. #cancersucks … [Read more...] about Thank You!

For you see, I am now a statistic. I am a breast cancer warrior. I have joined the fight. Please pray for me and for all of the other "1 in 8 women" who have been or who will be diagnosed with breast cancer. … [Read more...] about Prayers Needed
