Anita Cochran appeared on ABC’s Good Morning America this morning to participate in Fight Like A Girl Friday, GMA’s special event to promote Breast Cancer Awareness and to raise funds for Breast Cancer Research and Treatment. Despite breaking 2 ribs in a fall in New York City yesterday, nothing could stop Anita from supporting this amazing cause.
Anita was featured in a Facebook Live interview with Ginger Zee to discuss her battle with breast cancer and the inspiration for her song “Fight Like A Girl”.
To close the show, Anita spoke to fellow Breast Cancer Survivor Robin Roberts and then gave a truly inspiring performance of her single “Fight Like A Girl” featuring several breast cancer survivors, thrivers and supporters from the GMA audience.
